Welcome to Week 42 of my Tuesday’s Tutorials blog series, where each week I feature art tutorials created by different artists from around the world. This series has grown from a year-long blog series called Tuesday’s Texture. You can find out more about the transition from one series to the next in this post.
This lovely creation comes from Richele Christensen, who lives in Gold River, California. I’ve been fortunate to meet Richele several times at CHA over the years and it’s a pleasure to feature her here. This was her piece for Ranger’s Designer Challenge at this year’s trade show. Isn’t it gorgeous?
It’s hard to believe this was made primarily with crayons! Be sure to visit Richele’s blog to see the full tutorial.
I hope you enjoy this weekly feature and that it introduces you to techniques that inspire you, and to artists who may not yet be on your radar.
