Tame Your Email Inbox (Free Tool) - Behind-the-Scenes Business Tips for Artists & Entrepreneurs (Marjie Kemper)

What's the state of your email inbox?  Mine has been in overdrive and I have been struggling to keep up.  I even took an online class in how to better manage Gmail.  There are all kinds of tips and tricks, but today's tip is as simple as pie.

Manage Your Email Inbox

I learned about a free tool called Unroll.Me earlier this year.  It recognizes Subscriptions in your email inbox, tells you how many newsletters you're subscribed to, and gives you a few decisions to make on each. The choices are to continue receiving it as a single email in your box, to ‘roll it up' and get it in a daily email digest of all your subscription newsletters, or to unsubscribe. You then will receive one email on a daily basis of all those you ‘rolled up' and this, my friends, is delightful.

Here's a screen shot of my daily email from Unroll.Me last month.  It was delivering 7 emails which I had chosen to ‘roll up' and in the blue bar across the top of the email, it informed me that they found 56 new subscriptions for me to review.  Once you review them, they won't show that option again, because you will have made the decision on how to deal with them:  keep as is with single delivery, roll up into daily digest, or unsubscribe.

The best part is as I keep reviewing them, the numbers TO review keep getting smaller.

Behind-the-Scenes Business Tips for Artists, Entrepreneurs, and Small Business Owners (Marjie Kemper) Unroll.me is a free email inbox management tool.

Here's one from last week.  There were 5 in my daily digest and 30 for me to review.

Looks like a brilliant tool, will check it out for sure, just wondering, does it only work with gmail? No need to answer, I’m sure I can find out. Thank you so much Marjie for taking the time to make our lives more streamlined with all your great tips. I don’t run a business, but still find many of them useful!!
