Favorite Posts from 2011-13 A.K.A. Seth Apter Seeks Buried Treasure

Seth Apter is sharing a list of artists he’s inspired to re-post their favorite project(s) from their days as a blogger. I’ve been blogging for 2 and 1/2 years now and have racked up 480 posts in that time so it was hard to choose!  I decided to just go with one project per year:

From 2011…. Dream and Dream and Dream Again…  a favorite for 2 reasons – I liked the blended colors and layered stamping, and it was also the first time I applied to and was accepted onto a Design Team (it was for Our Creative Corner… thanks for giving me a shot, Linda Coughlin!)

From 2012… Fall Colors Textured Tag… I really got into texture and paints in 2012.  I like the contrast between the rough gessoed leaves, the smooth clear coating of the Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel, and the rough segments of torn windowscreen.

From 2013 so far… Eyes For You… deep in my art journal seems to be my favorite place to be lately.  Layering, stenciling, stamping etc.

That’s it for me.  I’m off to Seth’s blog to see his favorites as well as those of the other participants.  Thanks so much for the visit!

Your comments are very much appreciated!
