Compendium of Curiosities 3 ~ Challenge #16

CC3C - 16 Marjie Kemper

Welcome to the latest challenge celebrating Tim Holtz’s book, the Compendium of Curiosities, Volume 3.  The new theme focuses on “Layering Stencils – Embossing” (found on page 50 of the book – if you still need a copy, you can get one autographed by Tim right here.)

Our sponsor this week is The Funkie Junkie Boutique, and a random winner will enjoy a $25 shopping spree at their online store. There are also prizes donated by Tim and Mario for the Curiosity Crew’s favorite project. You’ll find the Rules and FAQs at Linda’s site… please take a moment to read these so you are definitely in the running for the prizes.

Out of respect for Tim, we don’t spell out the tutorial as we’d like everyone to work from their own copy of the book.

Suffice to say, I built up multiple layers on my journal pages using stamps, stencils, and inks.  For a change, there’s no paint on this spread.
