Canvas Tutorial for StencilGirl Products

mixed media canvas (Marjie Kemper with StencilGirl Products)

Today marks my last official post as a StencilGirl Design Team member, but I'm happy to say I'll be staying on as a Random Contributor next year. I'm making some changes for next year and reducing my current commitments due to time constraints.  I've thoroughly enjoyed my time this year working with MaryBeth Shaw, Maria McGuire, and the entire StencilGirl team, and I thank them for the opportunity.

This is beautiful Margie!! The compasses on the corners look fantastic. Thanks for the extra pics on the StencilGirl blog… it was good to see how you did the corners! Yours are perfect and you make it look easy! The lighter color of the center compass is a wonderful contrast… great little tip about removing color. I’ll try to remember that! I’ll miss your StencilGirl posts, but you know I’ll keep up with you here.

You and the other StencilGirl DT members have really inspired your followers to step outside of our “boxes” and become more aggressive in using our stencils in creating art, cards, journal pages and even altered art projects. I am glad you are staying on as a (hopefully not so) Random Contributor next year! Love your 3D art here, Marjie!
