Back to my art journal today!  I built up this page with gesso in some places followed by Distress Paints and Dylusions Ink Sprays.  My stencils are from Stencil Girl Products, Small Studio Productions, and The Crafters' Workshop. The black embossing paste is from Wendy Vecchi, Studio 490.

I recently organized all my stencils on a spinning rack, and as a result have unearthed some that haven't seen daylight in years, like the “Do Not Bend” one from Small Studio Productions, which I thought went really well with this funky flower from Mary Beth Shaw.

Great energy in this page, Marjie…I love the pops of yellow/orange throughout. That hot pink really grabs the eye, and then the black embossing paste just grounds the whole thing. Makes me happy!
