Art Journal ~ Open the Door

Hello, and thanks for stopping by today.  This page in my 9X12 journal was made with scraps from a die-cutting project and a little tag I made with Jessica Sporn's Doors & Windows stencil and Andrew Borloz's Crossed Rounds & Squares stencil.  I've had that background in the works for awhile and today it seemed like the tag found its home as I was contemplating what to do next. I added a quote with matte medium to be sure my stickers held on to the varied surfaces. The rest is Golden paints.

Thanks for the visit!

Gorgeous! I really like the texture the die cut negatives added. Great colors too. I’ll have to try adding sticker letters in my journals some… it’s a nice look and would be a good way to use up the pile of thickers and stickers I have.
